We saw this happen at venue after venue. Generic CRMs did not fit — they were built for software sales teams, not for hall availability, food menus, multi-event weddings, and WhatsApp-first customers. So we built Banquet First from the ground up around how Indian banquet sales actually work: enquiries arrive on WhatsApp at 11 pm, decisions involve families rather than procurement teams, and every event is a chance to earn the next one.
Banquet First is built and operated by EdgeNRoots Solutions Pvt Ltd, a New Delhi technology company with ISO 27001-certified security practices. Our team combines hospitality operations experience with engineering, and we work closely with our venue partners — many of the features in the product today started as a request from a banquet manager using it every day.
