Banquet First is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.
To use Banquet First, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
We are not liable for any service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet connectivity issues, power outages, or force majeure events.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to the services will cease, and your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.
