Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all major cities and surrounding areas within a 50km radius of our service centers. Remote locations may incur additional delivery charges. Please provide accurate venue address and access details during booking.

Setup & Installation

Our professional team handles complete setup and installation of decorations, furniture, and equipment at your venue. Setup time varies based on event size and complexity. Breakdown and removal occur immediately after the event concludes.

Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee on-time delivery for all confirmed bookings. In case of delays beyond our control, we will notify you immediately and work to minimize any impact on your event. Our team is available 24/7 for delivery support.

Delivery Scheduling

Upon booking confirmation, our logistics team will contact you to coordinate delivery schedules. You'll receive a delivery timeline at least 48 hours before your event with specific arrival windows.

For precise coordination, please ensure venue access is available during the scheduled delivery window. Any access restrictions should be communicated in advance.

Additional Delivery Charges

Standard delivery is included within our service areas. Additional charges may apply for locations beyond 50km from our service centers, difficult-to-access venues, or special delivery time requests.

All additional charges will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before booking confirmation. No hidden fees will be applied.

Inspection & Acceptance

Upon delivery, please inspect all items with our delivery team. Report any damages, missing items, or discrepancies immediately. We carry backup supplies for quick replacements to ensure your event proceeds smoothly without delays.
