Bookings can be cancelled up to 30 days before the event date for a full refund. Cancellations made between 15-30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 15 days of the event date are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. The refund amount will be credited after deducting any applicable processing fees. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule your event or provide a full refund. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.
Certain services such as custom decorations, printed materials, and third-party vendor deposits are non-refundable. These items will be clearly marked at the time of booking and require separate confirmation.
You may request to modify your booking details (date, time, guest count) up to 45 days before the event date at no additional charge, subject to venue availability.
Modifications requested within 45 days of the event may incur additional charges based on the changes required and vendor availability.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit secures your date and is applied to your final payment.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the event date. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your booking.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking due to circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund including the deposit, or we will offer you an alternative venue of equal or greater value at no additional cost.
We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or through a notice on our platform.
